I am an experienced counsellor working in South London close to Elephant and Castle and London Bridge.
I am a registered member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), also The Black, African and Asian Therapy Network (BAATN). I feel guided by the ethical framework and code of conduct procedures.
My counselling philosophy is guided by the person centred approach to counselling, I believe that we all have an innate motivation to move towards positive growth and change, everyone has the potential for healthy growth and given the right environmental conditions we can reach our individual potential.
We all experience difficult events which are stressful, this can cause distress and dissatisfaction. I offer a safe and confidential non judgmental space for you to explore the challenges you are experiencing.
Alongside my private practice I work on a
pro bono basis with Faces in Focus, this is a counselling service dedicated to promoting the well-being of young people aged 11-24.
I have worked in my local community for a number of years. I have worked with NSPCC school services, Family Services UK and with Reach the brain injury specialist.
